With the rapid progress in networking and information technologies, ˇ°networkˇ± has deeply penetrated into our ˇ°individualˇ± life, commerce, business and even society. Network Operations and Management plays an important role in connecting ˇ°networksˇ± and ˇ°individual customersˇ±. 2000 Fourth Asia-Pacific Network Operations and Management Symposium (APNOMS 2000) will be held in the historical city of Nara, Japan, where we can feel the past millennial legacy and future millennial direction at the same time. APNOMS 2000 will give excellent opportunities for researchers, developers and practitioners to learn and share ideas, views, technologies and experiences on network operations and management.

Instructions:

Papers are to be submitted in English. The cover page should include paper title, brief abstract, list of key-words, author(s) full name(s), affiliation(s) and complete address(es), telephone number(s) and electronic mail address(es). Please state the name of the contact person. Paper submissions should consist of no more than 12 visuals with explanatory text accompanying each one. The format should have a visual in the upper half of a page and the explanatory text in the lower half. Please download this sample Powerpoint file and use it as a reference.
