Survey and generate a list of up to five topics which you think are 
advanced topics in network management.  You should include one or more topics 
that you would like to further investigate.

For each topic, give a short description (e.g., 2 or 3 sentences)
of what you think it is.  Include one or more references (such as URL)
for each topic.

Prepare the report in HTML.
