The following is the formal project proposal description.
- The term project will be done in groups of two or three students
- The proposal should include
  * Introduction (problem description, solution description, what will be provided when completed, etc.)
  * Requirements (Functional & non-functional)
  * Related work (similar solutions, apps/services)
  * Architecture
  * Software required and to be developed
  * Task Decomposition (which team member will do what)
  * Project schedule (schedule your project with the final presentation and demo to be done) 
- Prepare approx. 10-page (no more than 15) PPT for the proposal
- Each team will be given 10 minutes for proposal presentation
