Survey and generate a list of up to 10 topics which you think are 
advance topics in network management.  The topics may include
the ones that you would like to further investigate.

For each topic, give a short description (e.g., 2 or 3 sentences)
of what you think it is.  Try to include one or more references (such as URL)
for each topic.
