This project is to be done individually.

During this term, you selected two of the existing procotols used in the
Internet, presented the core of the protocols and identified the problems
with them.

Choose one protocol and redesign the protocol that will fix or overcome
the problems you identified. Validate your design and write at least a 10-page
(single column, single spaced, 10 point font) conference-style paper on the new 
protocol and validation.

You are also to make a final presentation on this on June 24.
